How working together actually works. The commercial terms for any job live on its own scope sheet; these cover the site and the general shape of an engagement.
This website
The content here is provided for information. Every figure shown is reported from campaigns run by people in this network and is presented as reported; past results are evidence of capability, not a promise of outcome. Client names are withheld deliberately and no claim of a current commercial relationship with any brand is made or implied by anything on this site.
Scope and price
Nothing is chargeable until you have approved a written scope sheet. Prices are fixed against that scope. If the scope changes, a revised sheet is issued and requires approval before any additional work or cost is incurred.
Intellectual property
On final payment, ownership of the delivered work transfers to you: final assets, working files, and any workflow or automation built during the engagement, together with the documentation needed to operate it. We retain the right to describe the work in confidence, and to publish it only with your written permission.
Third-party costs
Media spend, production costs, talent fees, licences and platform fees are passed through at cost. Underlying invoices are available on request.
Confidentiality
Anything you share is treated as confidential by default, whether or not an NDA is in place. We are happy to sign yours.
Term
There is no minimum term and no notice period. Work in progress is completed and invoiced; nothing beyond it is owed.
Liability
Our liability in respect of any job is limited to the fees paid for that job. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Written in plain language on purpose. For a formal contract, ask — one will be provided before any engagement begins.
