To sell an online sale, we built something you could walk into.
Client: . The brief was recall for a sale event that lives entirely inside an app, in a market where every retailer runs a sale within a fortnight of every other retailer.

What we made
Sheet 02 / Schedule of work| Ref | Deliverable | Layer |
|---|---|---|
| 001 | Life-size box activation, Worldmark Gurugram The brand’s own packaging, built at human scale, that you walk inside. | Offline |
| 002 | Motion-sensing game Play with your body, not a touchscreen. Draws a crowd, and a crowd is the media. | Offline |
| 003 | Photo opportunities and vouchers Best photo and best score won gift vouchers — which put the sale date into their camera roll and their group chat. | Offline |
| 004 | Sequential personalised advertising Built against the purchase journey rather than a flat frequency cap. Different message at each stage. | Digital |
| 005 | Demographic and retargeting layers The two layers underneath, catching everyone the sequence did not convert first time. | Digital |
| 006 | Hosted influencer live stream Themed, hosted, with as guest. Long-form attention on a sale that lasts 48 hours. | Creator |

What it proves
Sheet 03The integration is the work. Anyone can buy all three layers separately.
A photo taken inside the box is a retargeting signal. A live stream viewer is a demographic segment. The offline activation was not a stunt bolted onto a media plan — it was the top of the funnel that fed it.
That coordination is what an integrated team does and what four separate specialist agencies, each billing separately, structurally cannot. It is also the single most common thing clients tell us is missing from their current setup.
