Every agency now claims to be AI-native and most mean they have a
subscription. Here is the actual split we work to, and you are welcome
to hold us to it.
AI does: versioning and resizing, language localisation, cutdowns and subtitles, first-pass desk research, competitive scraping, reporting assembly, transcription, asset tagging, variant generation for testing.
People do: the strategy, the idea, the line, the casting, the final cut, the client call, and every judgement about whether a thing is actually any good.
The reason this is cheaper is not that the thinking got automated. It
is that the twenty hours of mechanical work around each idea stopped
being billed as if it were thinking.
